printing and book arts
I like working with my hands, but I find I don't have enough opportunities to do so. I feel there is something important that goes on in the process of making something. This is a sample of some print making and book binding work I've done.
Screenprinting
I enjoy screenprinting in my spare time. I create my own illustrations to print.
Book Arts
These are a couple of book arts projects I've completed. I bound and covered my own book, and crafted a simple book box. These were made at Carnegie Mellon University.
Letterpress
Through a class at Carnegie Mellon University, I was able to experience the process of letterpress. I typeset a short passage that I wrote and printed a run of small pamphlets.
