Community Cooking is a website for college students that builds a more connected and intimate community around recipes and cooking through shared experiences Community Cooking is a personalized transactional website. Access to the website is through existing university portals, such as Blackboard. The website creates a platform from which students can schedule events and share recipes within the college community. Problem StatementCollege undergraduates moving off the meal plan are faced with an interesting scenario: learning how to cook or manage food on their own while trying to balance schoolwork, social activities, budget, and time. Schedules are packed, and group decision making amongst friends, if it even occurs, gets time-consuming and confusing. What if students were able to:
